Why Ask.com is a great search engine for medical transcriptionists

There are plenty of search engines, but it is Google that most people use, because Google is Google !!

There is a not so well known search engine Ask.com.

The good thing about this search engine is that on the top of the result and in the first few results without getting inside the links, you can actually see the meaning/explanation of the word you are searching for.

just search for "hyperglyc emia" in ask.com to understan d what I mean.

Now open two browser windows, just search for "atenolol" in ask.com in one browser and then in another search for "atenolol" in google and see the differenc e in the results and see for yourself which search engine is cool for you.

However google seems to give many more results. So one thing to do is first search on ask.com and for occasiona l results which you do not find on it, you can search in google or other search engines like bing.com or search.ya hoo.com
